Project Managers (Göteborg)

Location: Gothenburg, Sweden.

We are happy to present this unique opportunity for experienced Project Managers on behalf of an important, international customer. We are recruiting a total number of six Project Managers and all with different purposes, responsibilities and tasks. As the projects are related to the area of SW development, we are particularly interested in candidates with PM experience from the Information and Communications Technologies (ICT), without this being a prerequisite

As Project Manager you are a leader in the organization and as such you together with other leaders guide our teams. Therefore, it is important for you to have a high interest in people, processes and technologies.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES & TASKS

· Secure collaboration and cooperation across the business,
technology and operations dimensions
· Secure continuous flow optimization
· Implement and maintain an efficient communication structure
· Provide a holistic view of plans, progress and risks
· Manage and visualize dependencies and risk mitigations
· Identify and implement improvements

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

· Self-driven, result oriented and proactive
· Well organized with excellent communication skills
· Ability to take decisions and follow through to wanted effect
· Ability to involve key people and ensure fast response to
changes
· Excellent risk management skills
· Genuine interest in leadership and strong coaching capabilities
· Energized by continuously challenging yourself and the
organization
· Experience in project management, Lean and Agile principles,
and change management
· Fluent in English, written and oral
· Interest and good understanding of R&D and SW Development
