What will the role entail?

• Work with the Catalogue Manager ensures excellent catalog integration.
  Creation the offer for each season. Daily use of Tradebyte and our PIM to
  manage catalogues updates. Identification and correction of incidents through
  our PIM.
• Uploading product images to the sales channels through our PIM.
• Prices: Full price and sale prices: Promotions, sales period, launches...etc
• Updating product information once published (descriptions, filters, other
  information of products...)
• Review of all changes in staging enviroments before publishing to production
• Interdepartmental collaboration. Ability to collaborate with multiple
  stakeholders and projects: assortmen, deliveries, merchandising strategy, etc

The RA will be involved in multiple projects related to sustainable finance. The mission of the CS team is ensuring the highest quality standard for our
customers in Spain and Portugal, supporting their wholesale business through
effective and efficient processes and helping them to achieve their sales goals

What will the role entail?:

• Customer Master Data: Initiate and monitor new customer creations/amendments according to Sales instructions.
• Order Management: Responsible for raising Sales Orders as well as ensuring orders received via interface (sales) are correctly integrated on SAP. Monitor that orders are dispatched.
• Returns Management: Return orders for faulty or commercial reason are raised according to agreed conditions

The Project!

• Responsible for the timely and accurate allocation of stock from warehouse to stores and the efficient management of leftovers stock reservations.
• Oversee and manage the annual stock calendar, ensuring timely follow-up on milestones and coordinating activities related to stock management.

What will the role entail?

• Action the allocation of product to stores, ensuring these reflect the range plans, in an accurate and timely manner.
• Providing weekly reports, highlighting good and bad performers, and stock availability.
• Weekly Review of free to sell and take actions effectively from this.
• Maintain regular stock flows into stores.
• Update and monitor Inbound/Outbound delivery schedule, and liaise with transport and stores managers. Highlight any delays/issues with the above.
• Setting up and maintaining the replenishment system on SAP and Nextail.
• Responsible for optimizing stock levels to maximize sales opportunities.
• Identify and action stock consolidations.
• Monitor store requests and action responses promptly and commercially. Communicate to stores the outcome of any action.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stores, warehouse, and other departments through constant interactions and providing assistance where necessary.
• Prepare ad hoc analysis in conjunction with the Assistant Merchandiser.
• Be flexible in your approach to the demands of the business.

You would be the responsible for the stores stock management, ensuring correct stock position at any time giving support to the planning and distribution of the product.

What will the role entail?

• To analyze past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs.
• To define the correct replenishment plan ensuring, correct assortments, depth, frequency and delivery timings.
• To build up stock to afford seasonal promotions or marketing campaigns.
• To ensure Logistics are met on time and frequency.
• To monitor stock movement, consider markdowns, inter-branch transfers, promotions or clear outs etc.
• To minimize stock holdings and commitment to allow for maximum profit.
• To have a frequent communication with the stores staff is crucial to achieve objectives and coordinate the different operational processes such as returns, pricing changes, promotions, product launches, etc.
